Today is the day Junie B. Jones goes and meets her teacher, a week before the first day of kindergarten. She is so nervous. Then she finds out she has to ride the bus to school and home she gets super scared. The first day of school comes and she doesn’t want to go. But she finally gets on the bus but every one was a big meanie. When it was time to get off every one was pushing and she fell and got a foot print on her skirt. So the bus driver, Mr. Woo, had to pick her up and help her off the bus. Her teacher,Mrs. that’s what Junie B. Jones like to call her, was waiting for her and Mrs. brushed off the foot print of her skirt. Some of the bus kids were in her class. One of them was Jim. When Mrs. unlocked the door everyone squeezed in all at once and Jim stepped on her new shoe and made a scratch mark on her shiny toe. She went to the read chair but someone was already sitting there so she asked her to move but she just said “no” her name was Lucille . After that Mrs. took her class around the school and they had to find a buddy. Junie B.’s buddy was Lucille. When they got back to their class Lucille told her that her brother said that kids pour chocolate on your head. Sothat made Junie B.’s stomach feel squeezy because she had to ride the us home.
The bell was about to ring so every one lined up but she was the last one because she didn’t want to ride the bus. Then the bell rang and everyone left except Junie B. So then she went and hid under the teacher’s desk because no one saw her. But then she saw a better hiding spot, the supply closet. Finally, she came out looked to see if the bus was still there and it wasn’t. So she decided to play at the teachers desk. Then she got thirsty and looked out the window to see if anyone one was coming. No one was so she left to the water fountain to get a drink. Then she went to the Media Center, then the nurse’s office. She found Band-Aids and put a whole bunch everywhere. Then she saw crutches and hopped on them using a chair but the chair rolled away and she slipped. Then she had to go to the bathroom so she ran there but it was locked. So she ran back to the Nurse’s office and called 911. All of a sudden there was a lot of sirens and a guy was running after her with a lot of jiggling keys. then she told him she had to go to the bathroom and pulled out his keys and unlocked the bathroom. He called her Mother and Princepal and they were angry.Then her mother told her that a girl named Grace is going to ride the bus and we could sit together. So she is not afraid to ride the bus anymore.
